Additional rules

Guests are required to sign and agree to a vacation rental agreement prior to booking being confirmed. A copy of the agreement to be signed can be provided on request during the booking and confirmation process.

Stairs

Must climb stairs. There are 8 steps to the front door and two steps inside. From the back lanai there is one step in, and two steps into the kitchen area
